The owner, Sally spent years perfecting her chocolate chip cookies before opening The Vanilla Bean Baking Company. Since we opened our doors in 2018 it has won Best of the Best in Warren County every year. On top of our award winning chocolate chip cookies we offer a great selection of other classic cookies such as, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, snickerdoodle, and so many more.

About Us
The Ladies Behind the Apron
The Vanilla Bean Baking Co. was started by mother, Sally Roberson & daughter, Kayla Woodard in 2018!
Sally was a stay at home mom who loved to cook and bake for friends and family. So, Kayla growing up in a home with her mom who was constantly cooking naturally fell in love with the same passions. When they moved to McMinnville, Tennessee they quickly realized there were no local coffee shops or bakeries near by. So, they decided what better way to bring coffee and baked goods to McMinnville than to do it theirselves. Thus, The Vanilla Bean Baking Co. was born!
The Barista's Behind the Counter
Our barista's, Kaylee & Carter will become your best friends at The Vanilla Bean. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience while visiting us. They show up early in the morning to grind coffee beans to provide the freshest coffee possible and set up our beautiful displays! If you're unsure about what to order be sure to ask them what they recommend or if you're feeling more adventurous just tell Kaylee to create a drink just for you!

Our bakers start work before the sun rises each day to ensure that every batch is as fresh as possible before it gets to you. We're dedicated to kickstarting your morning with warm muffins, fresh cinnamon rolls, delicious homemade biscuits, and a cup of hot coffee.

Ambiance is as good as the treats. Sunny days guarantee that our back patio will be full of guests enjoying a treat or two while relaxing with their morning coffee. On not-so-sunny days, we also offer comfortable seating inside our bakery with free wifi and plenty of outlets!
