Market

If you are renting our space you can choose to have an open drink bar. We will provide one of our baristas to serve drinks from our everyday menu. That includes espresso drinks, iced coffee, frappes, and cream sodas.

Once the event has ended we will add up the total cost of drinks ordered then you will pay.

Homemade Punch

Market

We can make just about any type of party punch. Just let us know what you have in mind!

Alcohol

You are allowed to bring alcohol such as champagne to the event,  but we are not able to provide it or serve it to you.

Delivery is available at an extra cost.

Rent Our Space

Rental Details

  • Our space is available to rent on Sunday's only. No event ending later than 8pm.
  • The inside has a max capacity of 50 people.
  • We do NOT rent our back patio only.
  • It cost $150 an hour. That includes the store front, back patio, the extra time to set up, clean up, the option to use our serving displays, and the staff to help run your event.
  • We require a 50% deposit to reserve the date. The remaining balance may be paid the day of your event since that price may vary if you choose to have an open coffee bar.
  • The hourly cost does not include the price of food and drinks.
  • We will help you set up and clean up.
  • You can choose to have the coffee bar open or closed.
  • The coffee bar is completely customizable to fit your preferences. You can choose to have the whole bar open which allows people to order freely from our menu and we will keep tab of the drink cost to be paid at the end of your event OR you can have a limited coffee bar to give you a set price . Such as, a few pots of freshly brewed coffee, iced coffee which comes with cups, sugar, and creamer.
  • We do NOT allow outside desserts.
  • We DO allow outside savory foods to be brought for the event.
  • We have a catering menu with a variety of sweets and savory you can choose to order. 
  • We will need to know what you want to order for your event 1 month prior to your event.
